DEM: R&B works but not very well :/

Anonymous12: Seems like just a diagonal offset rather than real 3D... Amusing though.

Anonymous13: you wont beable to see the 3d effect of this pic with the 3d glasses supplied from the movie becuase these are two diff types of 3d, this requires the red/blue glasses, the ones from the theater are polarized and thats what gives the 3d effect

Anonymous14: The Movie worked with 2 separate Images, meant to bee seen like 1 nide your Brain by shutting away the View for a splitsecond when the Image switches from the Right-Eye-Version to the Left-Eye-Version of the same scene.
The Red&Green-3D didn't work so well, and in this Image, I can't seem to see any true 3D.
And I even got the correct Googles from the MonstersVsAliens-DVD for that.

Anonymous15: to add to what anon13 said -- the movie uses orthogonally polarized images. the [real-3D] glasses make it so that one eye sees one image and the other eye sees a different image.

Real-3D glasses would not work. For this image you need the red/blue glasses. (Red/green won't work either.)

Anonymous17: Does NOT work with either red/cyan or magenta/green 3D glasses, in normal or reverse orientation.

Truly a shame - this pic would be beautiful in 3D.

Anonymous18: anon15, uh - looks to me they've used cyan-magenta colorcoding.. you know, that pinkpurpleish and green, that's so visible in the picture so can't understand why red/blue would work.
- Reply
Anonymous19: There's no stereo offset. Someone just took a flat image and shifted the red channel a bit so it would look like it needed red/blue glasses.
- Reply
Anonymous20: You do realize this silly 50s schtick didn't work then and it doesn't work now.

Mr_Rule_34: oooooooooooo its in 3D!

Anonymous21: Its work but TOO much shadow ... crappy quality of jpeg format.

Anonymous22: If anyone's still wondering whether or not this works... it does not. /IF/ it were done right, the cyan-magenta glasses would be the ones you need. Blue-red and green-magenta wouldn't work to begin with. The main problem is, all they did was shift the Blue and Green channels a bit up/left, and then the Green channel alone shifted a bit up/right. Doesn't work with 3D glasses at all.

To "Turuk", try out a program called "Anaglyph Maker" or "Anaglyph Workshop", they allow you to create different levels of depth in specific areas. You could make the boobs up close, the whole body in the next level, the tail further back, and the background as far back as possible.

Anonymous23: not working, al it does keeps the colors away.
