The 2nd chapter takes place after the 6 years timeskip which took place in chapter 179 . Eto is alive and is a ghoul politician (if you care about plot i have a strong theory with evidence to support this is canon, you can look it up) and she "kept in touch" with kaneki, who is now married to touka. But he still has multiple relationships with other girls he met. Because in this universe, turning into dragon made his sexual desires really high that 1 person isn't enough (poor excuse for a harem setting but i will take it)
I really care about the plot so i don't really know where to put tomoe. She has almost no interactions with kaneki or with someone that is close to him. I am willing to add her if you provide a story and explanation as to why she would be fucking kaneki.
Don't worry touken bois. In the end touka reveals she knew all along and is fine with it. And in the end she has a foursome with hinami and Eto. I hope nobody gets triggered 😶
