Anonymous1: I know this used to be a tribute to Simon, but considering the future of loli realted images on this site alone, this image seems more fitting than ever, especially when it was once a featured image for this site alone.
alphawhatever: So wait, the loli removals have nothing to with the UN wanting to ban lolicon porn, and instead it's because the site owner hates lolis?
I mean, I get it, they look like little children, and I myself personally dislike futa art, incest, and yes, pedophilia too, but this is a porn site, not Tumblr.
Anonymous8: @Anonymous: UN tired to ban lolicon in japan couple of times already, you can find articles on google. The first time, they tried to do it to cover up the fact that some of their members diddled a couple of kids, and now in 2019 they tried once again.
Anonymous9(8): @Anonymous: They tried to ban it not literally, they basically send a proposal to Japan, and then Japan said "no". What we are saying is that there are attempts from outside countries to ban it. Pretty recently in Australia, one politician asked for the removal of novels like Goblin Slayer or Sword art online calling it child abuse materials.

Anonymous10(8): @Anonymous: I think you got me wrong, I'm just sending you this info only because you asked someone for it, I'm not concerned whenever those efforts will work, I'm just telling you the information that I have and that such efforts do exist. This year amazon banned a lot of figurines, mainly of Hatsune Miku because it looked too childish, then the same novels removed in Australia also got removed from their site (They took it voluntarily because otherwise, they would have a lawsuit against them, and the person asking for their removal, ms. Connie had been spotted in Japan with some Japanese activists working against "sexualization of minors" in anime and manga, but for some reason, they don't target lolicon, instead, they attack regular manga and anime series), Steam removed an adult game that they approved ("Bokuten" if I remember correctly) for about 8 months, it's now back, but it indicates that someone had to report it. Sony time and time again censor their games for anything that could be considered sexual (like underskirt pants shot that lasts 10 microseconds), a couple of days after the game was released and sold to many, Tencent, a Chinese company known for League of Legends and working with Chinese Communist Party (the guys that like to censor a lot of things) tries for a couple of months now to buy shares in various animation studios, to basically control them. Patreon also attempted to purge their website of any artists drawing in anime style, literally, they tried to clarify that they don't mean all anime style artworks to be prohibited, but they later confirmed that this is actually the case, also because it looked too much like a child for them. These are some of the situations I heard about in the last couple of months, but there have been more cases like these. I usually hear about them from HeroHei and Clownfish on youtube, so I guess you can learn more starting from their channels if you are curious about those topics in depth.
traffik: @speedy05: Yikes, as much as I'm with you on this issue, I'm not sure you needed to throw an admin under the bus. Just posting the messages from wiiaboo probably would've been enough.
DARQ: Please don't tell me that the LAST bastion of art, is going the same way as DUMBLR and now Twitter?
Come on DEV's, don't bend the knee, start a paypal or some pay service that will help keep you funded without stupid
sponsors..
Noka: @Anonymous: It's not even the matter of the rules. You can see above that jubilation admits that wiiaboo goes on sprees and just deletes shit he doesn't like. It's the admin that's the problem here, not the rules. If it were the rules, you'd be seeing images get removed a lot more often at the hands of moderators and admins below wiiaboo.
Really think about this for a second.
