Anonymous1: The message is a little disappointing, but alrighty then. Nice use of an obscure character at least, and the style is pretty good. I love it when people put just the tiniest hint of lipstick on Birdo.
I won't bother arguing that point, since everything that's needed to be said in opposition to that has already been said elsewhere.
I will say that it's unfortunate that there are only about three canon transgendered characters in video games, and many wish to deny us even that little representation.
Not that I'm saying Timotei should change it or anything, you should draw characters however you want, it's just sad how much hate it gets when they are done that way.
Anonymous3: You got it wrong thunderfap. Vivian is a boy in the Japanese version and it was changed for international release because transvestites are too disturbing for western people apparently.
ThunderFap: @Anonymous: transgender just isnt something that you can market without you having to go under the radar. poison is a good example. but some characters are gender confused instead of trans gender. Vivan and Birdo are. as of late birdo has been seen as a female, and besides that birdo is a species so its very possible that birdo is a girl seeing as thier can most likely be both genders.
@Anonymous: no, she was insulted in the japanese version and called a male. then at the end of the game she is concluded to be a female. but i like to repeat an earlier comment on a different picture its all a test of interpretation
